The third child of late Mr. Akberali A. Africawala was brought into the world in 1949. He is the most experienced industrialist in the steel sector and a prepared business visionary; always eager to harness any unexploited opportunity in the industry. He was recognized as CIP (Commercially Important Person) from a large scale industry sector for ten times.Mr. Alihussain is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

He is also associated with different social networks like Rotary Club, Ma O Shishu Hospital, Chirayata Shanti Society, Patient Welfare Committee of Chittagong Medical College and Hospital and established the Burhani BSRM School at Nasirabad, Chittagong which imparts free education to more than 516 underprivileged students. He was also the Vice Chairman of Chittagong Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Aameir Alihussain He is the eldest son of the Chairman of the organization and was born in 1975. He joined the family-owned company in 2001 and aims to set high industry guidelines for the performance of the organization. He is dynamic in the everyday activity of the organization as the Managing Director of the company. He is presenting current administration rehearses in the organization and imparting solidarity to excel in the business. He graduated in Economics from McGill University, Canada and did his MBA from LUMS ( Lahore University of Management & Sciences).

Guaranteeing quality and prioritizing customers’ fulfillment are his top concerns.

Zohair Taherali was born in 1963 and spent the last 24 years as a Director of the company. He is responsible for the management of the Financial, and Administrative aspects of the company. He is effectively engaged with different social exercises. He is a commerce graduate and also a member of the Audit Committee of the company.

Mrs. Tehseen Zohair Taherali, was born in 1970. She is an extraordinary educator. She finished her Masters in Education from Ashford University, USA.

She controls and coordinates the organization consistently in essential strategy settling on choices as a Director. She is engaged with numerous charitable organizations and is a profoundly respected personality in the society.

Sabeen Aameir, Director of the company and was born in 1977.She did her MBA from LUMS (Lahore University of Management & Sciences), Pakistan. She is in charge of all the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) exercises of the organization.

As a member of the Board of Directors, she is applying her prudent thoughts to resolve the matters in the board and also she is concentrating on the development of the Human Resource Management of the company. She is also a member of the Audit Committee of the company.
